Avyarka is not looking for passive contributors. We are assembling founding executives — students who want their work to mean something beyond a résumé line. This is ecological conviction in practice.
There are no shadow assignments here. From day one, your designs, your writing, and your campaigns go live — reaching real communities. Every output carries your name.
Meetings happen in the field as much as online. You will visit plantation sites, attend seedball workshops, and engage directly with communities — not just manage them from a screen.
As a founding executive, your decisions influence the direction of Avyarka — what campaigns we run, which communities we engage, and how we communicate our ecological work to the world.
Every initiative you co-create is documented in our public impact reports. Your name and role remain on record as a founding contributor — permanently attributed, not quietly credited.
The team is small by design. Everyone here chose to be here deliberately. Expect intellectually rigorous conversations, honest feedback, and genuine ecological conviction from every colleague.
Your portfolio at Avyarka will contain documented field-impact work that reaches thousands — not mockups or hypothetical case studies, but campaigns with real ecological outcomes.

Visual & Digital
Design campaign visuals, social media templates, infographics, and evolving web assets. Own the aesthetic identity of the movement from inception.
Narrative & Research
Write field essays, campaign scripts, press releases, and ecological literature that translates scientific urgency into public resonance.
Growth & Reach
Build and execute the digital strategy that amplifies our field work — growing communities and making ecological discourse unmistakable on every platform.
Volunteering with Avyarka is not about checking a service box. It is about investing time in something that will outlast you — native trees, regenerated land, and communities that understand why ecosystems matter.
You will gain direct field experience, earn a documented volunteer record, and contribute to publicly attributed ecological outcomes. Every hour on the ground is a real hour spent defending something that can't defend itself.
Founding seats are strictly limited. We review applications on a rolling basis — do not wait for a deadline that may not come.
Open to all students and recent graduates. No prior NGO experience required — only genuine ecological conviction.
